I have worked in the food industry for many years but was never Serv-Safe certified. I saw the ad on Craig’s list and was soon contacted by Tanya. She informed me of when the class would be and the location. She spent the day instructing us on all of the aspects of the Serv-Safe course and then proctored the test. It was all very easy once we learned the Serv-Safe language of TCS and HCCP and all the other acronyms associated with the course. She helped to make it make sense in the real world with a power point presentation and actual examples. I would recommend her to anyone in the industry who needs to be certified.

After reaching out to a number of instructors about preparing for and taking the servsafe exam, I sent an email to Birdell Fitch. She was very professional and gave me clear and certain details about the class, time location, and test. I felt very comfortable so I made a deposit to her website. I was emailed study materials and a practice test, which was very helpful. I was able to pinpoint the areas that I needed to study after taking the test once.Once I arrived at the class site which was a very nice place, we went over the material. We then cleared away the study materials and I took the test feeling very confidant about taking the test and scored 90% out of 100. I would certainly re-certify with Birdell and I would recommend her to my colleagues.
